Hello and Welcome!
ljES is based around one simple philosophy...
every healthy day that allows for training and racing,
whether alone or in the company of friends, is a gift.
From a coaching perspective, innumerable bits of data and observations go into creating, managing, and executing a successful race season. But at its core, training should be about fun and growth...
One of my main tasks as a coach is to find out what you're driven by. Some of us love the tidbits of wisdom hiding in lactate threshold graphs, while others enjoy the randomness of a long winding trail run...
Either way, there's always a unique way to blend elements of swimming, biking, running, nutrition, and strength training into a happy lifestyle. Want to qualify for The Boston Marathon, complete your first triathlon or just maintain a well balanced state of fitness? Let's put a plan together and get going.
